If a man does not have children and it cannot be conceived due to male impotence, take three bottles of Quince Electuary (majoon safarjal) put the whole electuary in one pot, recite Durud Sharif 11 times (before and after).

To treat the weakness of heart and brain: If someone’s brain is weak, heart palpitates and bounces off strongly, take one quarter (of a kg) pure almond oil (for pure oil, buy your own almonds and get them squeezed in wooden crusher else you have to buy oil from the market). Recite Durud Sharif 11 times (before and after), Ya Salamu [space for Arabic text] 2300 times and blow on the oil. Add half tea spoon oil in one cup warm milk and give to the patient at night before sleeping. In sha Allah within 12 to 20 days the patient will feel improvement and health. Continue the practice for 3 months for complete benefit. When the oil is finished, buy more or get extracted and repeat the same practice on it.

Recite Durud Sharif 11 times (before and after), Ya Haiyyu Ya Qayyumu  یَاحَیُّ یَاقَیُّوْمُ 11000 times and blow on the electuary. Take this electuary equal to the size of small jujube with a cup of warm milk every night before sleeping. In sha Allah, the couple will surely have children. Following the practice is essential for success.

A practice to bear children: If someone is physically weak and does not have children, in sha Allah he will have children with the blessings of the following practice: Take one quarter (of a kg) cow milk, boil it, remove from the stove and let it get cool. Recite Durud Sharif 11 times (before and after) and the following verses 140 times: Hasbuna Allahu Wa Naimal Wakeel حَسْبُنَا اللہُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَکِیْلُ, blow on the milk and drink it. Perform this practice in ablution and continue for two months. Allah will surely bless with children.

To recover from illness: If someone is suffering from various diseases and treatment is difficult, the following practice is very beneficial in such condition: Recite Durud Sharif 100 times, Surah Fateha 100 times (with Amen) and last two Ayah of Surah Tauba 100 times. Blow on Zamzam water. If it is not available, seven springs’ water (canal, river, spring, lake or rain water) can also be used. Give this water to the patient 5 times a day; the patient must perform ablution before drinking this water. Timings are after Fajr, Zohar, Assar, Maghreb and Isha prayers. Continue this practice for 21 days, in sha Allah it will be beneficial and the patient will recover. Following are the last Ayah of Surah Tauba [space for Arabic text].

To get rid of illness: If someone is severely ill and does not recover, to get rid of such ailment, recite Durud Sharif  3 times (before and after) then recite the following supplication11 times and blow on the whole body of the patient. Also blow on patient’s hands and tell him to turn his hands on his body. Perform this practice daily once in the morning after Fajr prayer and once in the evening after Maghreb prayer, continue regularly for 40 days. In sha Allah the patient will get rid of all kinds of debilitating and painful diseases. Following is the supplication: [space for Arabic text]. Write this supplication (in ablution) with rose water and saffron on deer’s thin skin, wrap in cerecloth and tie in the patient’s neck. In sha Allah he will be protected from any kind of disease and bad sightedness. Similarly, if this supplication is written (in ablution) with rose water and saffron on deer’s thin skin, wrapped in cerecloth and tied in the pregnant woman’s neck, in sha Allah she will be protected from miscarriage and the child will be born safe and healthy.
